I’m a photographer, writer, and educator based in Tucson, Arizona.
In my photographic work, I focus on the body, gender embodiment, and people’s relationships to their social, environmental, and familial surroundings. I create all of my work using hands-on processes, including traditional darkroom printing and alternative darkroom methods (salt, lith, gum).
I have exhibited work at the Center for Photographic Art, the Albuquerque Museum, the Center for Contemporary Art, Candela Gallery, and elsewhere. My work has been published in the New York Times, as well as acquired by the Candela Collection.
In addition to working at the Center for Creative Photography (Tucson, AZ), I am currently an adjunct instructor at Chandler-Gilbert Community College and Phoenix Community College.
